Agreement to these terms

By visiting or using ResizeImg (resizeimagewithoutstretch.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We keep these terms as short and plain as we can — no legalese walls designed to make you give up and scroll past.

What the service is

ResizeImg provides free tools for resizing images, converting files, and working with PDFs and videos. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Files are processed locally on your device — they are never uploaded to our servers.

Because processing happens in your browser, we have no access to your files and no ability to recover them. Once you close the tab, the processed result exists only where you saved it. Please make sure to download your files before you navigate away.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ResizeImg only for lawful purposes. Specifically:

• Only upload or process files that you own or have the legal right to use.
• Don't use the tools to process content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that violates anyone's privacy rights.
• Don't attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload the site. This includes scraping, automated crawling, or probing for vulnerabilities.
• Don't interfere with the advertising or attempt to circumvent ad delivery.

We reserve the right to restrict access if we detect behavior that violates these guidelines.

Intellectual property

The ResizeImg site — including its design, code, branding, and written content — is our own. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the site without permission. The tools themselves are free to use; the site's intellectual property is not free to take.

Respect other people's intellectual property too. Don't use ResizeImg to process copyrighted material you don't have rights to. You are solely responsible for the content you work with.

No warranties

ResizeImg is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make the tools reliable, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate in every scenario. Use them at your own discretion. Always keep a backup of your original files.

We make no warranties about the suitability of the tools for any particular purpose. If you need guaranteed precision for professional or legal work, we recommend verifying results with dedicated desktop software.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ResizeImg and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the tools. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service — which, since the tools are free, is nothing.

Advertising

ResizeImg is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and appear in clearly marked areas of the site. Termination
